Custom lighting requests are easier to evaluate when the buyer provides clear information from the beginning. A reference photo is useful, but it is rarely enough on its own.
The most helpful details are product size, material preference, finish color, shade material, bulb base, voltage, installation environment and expected order quantity. If you have a target price, share it early. It helps the factory recommend a realistic structure and finish.
For drawings, PDF, DWG and DXF files are helpful. If drawings are not available, front, side and detail photos can still support early review. For hotel, apartment, restaurant or retail projects, also include ceiling height, room style and approximate installation quantity.
Sampling should be treated as a confirmation stage, not only a price step. During sample review, check proportions, finish, light effect, packaging method and installation details. After these points are confirmed, bulk production is usually much smoother.
For private-label buyers, remember to discuss carton marks, labels, manuals and compliance documents. These details should be reviewed before production, not after goods are finished.
